It’s been a long time…

Honestly, I was going to wait until Marked finishes making the new GDU, but I might as well confirm that I'm still active.

I've been juggling a handful with games over the past while, and I've constantly been working on them without mentioning their progress. I wanted to make a few big posts once the whole website got organized, and I didn't expect it to take this long.

But time is time, and it has been a long time, I should probably renew some of my activity on the website, though I won't be posting as often until the website gets finished and completely up and running. I already finished my big posts for when the website gets complete, but for now, enjoy a somber remix of a song that I posted on SoundCloud.

The piece on SoundCloud is called Halcyon of the Sands, and it is meant to symbolize the happier parts of an area in the game called the Gohivu Lovapol. When you enter the darker and deeper parts of the area, the piece you hear in GDU called Curses in Grains plays, which if you listen to the other theme, you can tell how I changed the theme to try and suit a more slow paced and weirder area.

I plan in the future to move to uploading all the soundtracks to YouTube privately, as SoundCloud only allows me to upload 3 hours of music, while the soundtrack is 18.2 hours big… last time I updated, it was 14.6… I have written quite a many, as I'm starting to draw towards the end of writing the whole soundtrack for Wonder's War, but I haven't even reached the hardest part, which I'm close to figuring out how to work around.

And on a final note, the picture in the preview box is Andromeda, one of the 3 characters that people for some reason wanted to draw fanart of, despite being the only one not in the demo.

Two things to note about her is that she is from a town called Temohsumvu, that is in the south of Gohivu Lovapol, where the northern village is called Lutohjatti. And the other part is the style… which I will discuss in the big update.

Hope you enjoyed the track, and I can't wait to make the big reveals.
