Not designed as a replacement message system but as an addition. Allows multiple popups on screen or over characters that don't stop player movement.
Features
Multiple on-screen messages do not prevent player movement and last for a specified amount of time before closing.

Instructions
– Copy the "GALV_TimedMessagePopups.js" file into your project’s /js/plugins/ folder.
– Activate plugin using the ‘Plugin Manager’
– Read the help file and examine the demo to learn how it works.
