I honestly thought I was going to be posting this much earlier, but certain events in my real life had gotten in the way and that has slowed down production.
I must admit though, I think I'm progressing a bit slower than I'd like to. Mostly due to the fact that as one person I seem to be getting burned out more quickly with the mapping. I can only think up so much before I start to run out of ideas. As such that is becoming a problem for me, I think I might want to enlist help from someone else. But that isn't necessary yet. I will be brief here, as I want to do some work tonight before bed.
Basically I've had to redo about 30 maps because I didn't like them and I had inspiration for new ones. I'm also reconsidering one map which was supposed to be the big city of the game. I think it's too big and needs to be downsized. But I'll get to that another time.
That's all from me. I know it's short. But there's not a lot to talk about here.

Oh hey, I haven't really been following Gybonis, but I think having one really, really big map can be great. There's lots of places to go in a big city map, and you could have the player returning to that city lots of times. Maybe the city could have a long, recurring quest that the player has to do in order to advance or to get a special item.
