So i started on this project 2 days ago. Right now im working on the very basics like menu design and basic mechanics. Im starting this blog to help me stay active in creating this game and to get feedback on features as they are being made. Later on after i get further in development i will be releasing more info about the game. This is going to be a commercial game but is far from release. All assets are 100% made by the developers on this project.
Today i i finished the leveling system for the skills with the help of my good programming buddy ackley14.
Going to leave you with a sneak preview of what im working on. Guess away at what im making if you want to. If you know what im working on zip it 😛

You're working on…. a crafting system?
Also, "Zadune Games"?
ShinkuAura
Oh Mark, you never seem to stop trolling, huh?
Polraudio
Well the game will be highly based around crafting stuff to sell to get moneys. You will have to manage an economy.
Zadune Games is a name i been using for years. Still need a logo cause the current one was when i didnt know crap about graphics lol.

I cannot really comment much about your game Pol.
Bob, Drago and I have already said that the userface looks like Runescape aside from the skills (Crafting, Hunting, mining)
Although it's a unnamed project at the moment. Maybe a codename/nickname would be good to use as a placeholder.
Let's see how this project evolves.

A Minecraft-ish game ?
Polraudio
Think ill name it "Project Game" XD
ShinkuAura
I was expecting you to say 'Project Tondaro' 🙁

*excitement* I really want to learn Unity but I'm really pressed for time these days :frown: It'd be cool if you used the gallery (in this game page) for teasers 😀

I used to work with Unity back in the day. I loved using it because it's something much more challenging. I created some buildings on Google Sketch-up. After creating buildings on Sketch-up I scaled them and created an object and scaled it. I animated everything and it looked like a giant cylinder destroying the city, Godzilla style.
I also added some cylinder people dying from the whole massacre. The player was on top of a building witnessing everything.
I remember that the giant cylinder destroyed a poorly modeled plane and it felt like a real plane since it disassembled.
Try it out Mark! You'll have fun with Unity.

I love unity so far. I was worried about not being able to do anything because im not the best when it comes to coding but that wasnt a problem since the programming language JS is so flexible and super easy to pickup and learn.
My experiences with C# and JS(both unitys main languages)
C# = Hey you cant do that because you forgot to name the class the same name as the script filename. No no no you cant do that(cant run game on errors).
JS = Yo man do whatever the hell you want with me.

JS sounds like an awesome girlfriend.
