The Beginning
Hey there everyone, so you reading my blog. That's freak'n awesome. Now, my story of why I am making this game.
So, my younger brother and I fight a lot. Since I will be leaving home soon, I wanted to see if I could mend things before I left. So, I decided to ask him if he wanted to make a game with me. He agreed quickly, and we started coming up with ideas. He wanted to make a game about a werewolf. So, I told him that would be a great idea! We started to create the center kingdom. He wanted to tackle creating the city so I let him of course
Now one thing you should know is that I've done some RPG making before so I can do an OK job at mapping and eventing. He, on the other hand, hasn't had as much. But instead of re-doing all his maps I want to keep them just how they are. In the game you will see some differences in maps. But this game isn't for praise from others. This is a game that will hopefully help us grow closer as brothers.
And now here we are, 3 weeks into the game and we are going strong. While I take care of the scripting, eventing, and some mapping he takes care of the story, the characters, and mapping as well. Currently it is just us, and maybe soon the team will grow into more than just us. No matter what happens with this. I will keep his maps the same, I will keep the game even if it's unfinished.
I will keep posting more about the game and what's going on with it. I may even make an external blog so I can customize the templates/look of it to better fit our game.
