Vidian's Blue Film System

Wanted to try and make something for this category seeing as how system skins can drastically alter the appearance of a VX game (From what I've seen. I've read up on how to change the System skin also for VX, Go to Window_Base -> Go to Line 21 -> in the line where it says "Window" Change that to "(The name of the system)"
