Absolutely allowed! Just give me a shout out in credits and link me to what you use it for because I'd love to see it! I also recommend checking out stuff from here: http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/49-thalzons-battlers-and-faces/&do=findComment&comment=179 The guy who did all that stuff allows his for commercial use and is just absolutely amazing! With his permission I've used some of what he has and mixed and altered it and reposted the new creations.
