No, sorry. What I meant to say is that I uninstalled the original RMXP...that had this same error, installed the Postality Knights edition, didn't like it, reinstalled the original version and still got this error. If that makes any sense. I run Vista x64 bit, and have tried to run it as Administrator but it still doesn't fix the problem. :(

Reinstalled, Postality Knights is full of trash, this is the original version...whenever I test a game it says "Failed to Create Process" and won't work. What do I do?

If you find a way to make that work can you post your code in this thread or PM it to me? That'd be suuuuuuuuper

Original Script: http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/index.php/rmxp/rgss1-scripts/item/full-custom-menu-systems/ring-menu.html What I need: - A Quest Option - When you click equip, it does not ask you what character to select. Thank you very much.

How do I get anything in Bulletin01 to work properly when clicked on. Very simple example. I make new event, want event to be a signpost that tells you where to go, i fill out information per-usual. Gamer clicks on sign to read, sign changes image and does what it's supposed to do except for the changing image part. How do I fix this?

I've noticed on here that there's a lack of discussion about the statistics in RMXP, for your RPGS. For instance, what do you start your hero at? What inflation do you use? Etc etc. I wanted to start this topic because I'm having a rough time working out the semantics of leveling throughout my game. I want to make it so it takes a certain number of quests to gain levels yadda yadda, but i don't want to give the player strange levels of EXP for completing them. I guess it's just me being picky but I'm working on it. Discuss. Unrelated question Can someone explain to me what:dexterity does what strength does in relation to attack power and what intelligence does (MAX SP? VS INT?) what is a good level for evasion to be at

YES YES YES I'm having some serious issues right now with only using three layers. I'm actually creating events just to plop on top of the third layer...

Things that Piss me (You) off?

That's really fucked up, man. Paris Jackson is NOT Michael Jackson, and "Rika Furude" from "Higurashi" is a fictional character. I think, honestly, that's pretty fucked up. She's a REAL child grieving over her REAL father who is REALLY dead. Regardless of how crazy her father is, her pain is real. You, though, are more moved by a fictional circumstance where absolutely no one who is REAL has felt any pain whatsoever? -

I've been shot twice in my dreams. You don't die because of the "flight or fight" mechanism in your brain that, once you've experienced enough anxiety, will automatically wake you up. Animals do not have this as much, especially certain breeds of dogs (like terriers) who can actually suffer heart attacks in their dreams and die.

First, you have to create the Enemy by going to Database>Enemies Then you change the maximum to 1 more than what it currently is. Then you find the graphic you would like to use for the NPC you'd like to battle/join your team. Then you fill out all of their stats. Then you go to Troops, change maximum, add your created Enemy to the new troop you've created. Then you find the corresponding Sprite that goes with the graphic you've chosen, create an event with that sprite, go to the third page of the events options, click "Battle Processing". Then, depending on whether or not you'd like to ask the person beforehand if they'd like to LET the person join their party, or tehy just automatically join the party is up to you...but after the battle processing you just go to the first page of the events and pick "change party member" and add the person you've created.

Are you using the default Battle System? If so, just click Database>Enemies, select the monster you want and double click on the "Action" area near the bottom. Then, select Attack, determine what level it is (which it's probably best to leave it at 5). If your wondering how to make Random battles appear on map...Right click n the map that you want the random battles to appear on...You will see a box with "Encounters" above it, double click that box and select the "Troop" that you would like to appear. "Steps Average" is, obviously, the average steps it will take for the random battle to show up. By the way, technically, this post belongs in this forum showforum=161. I hope I answered your question...
