I say they will dislike you because you support a younger consent age. Most Americans will scream rap if a 17 year boy has sex with a 16 year old girl. Many cases older men have sexual relationships with girls younger than 18 and people are offended by their sexual acts thus screaming rap.

You can edit the MegaMan sprites to XP. That will help you out. There is a Megaman, ProtoMan, and Wily character set. There are plenty of robot masters as well. I also have animations of Robot Masters uploaded to the gallery. Check them out!

Yes, Wily made Zero. However, Zero does not harm anyone in the classic series. That's why I am questioning why he is in the game.
