Hi all, Protexis provides the payments services for Enterbrain RPGMaker products. If you provide them with proof of purchase i.e. original order #, full name, email address used when pruchased, or last 4 characters of the credit card used they can locate the record for your purchase. They will provide you with your serial number quickly after that. You can re-download the product, install and activate it after that. If they cannot locate your purchase transaction they cannot provide a serial number. I hope that helps. com1man
