I made a post like this before but i cant use switches and the scripting messed my head up. I want to know how i can have a BGM play from start till after battle and though it without it restarting when battle starts and when it finishes?? :huh: Can anyone help me?? And just to say if you say 'do this and make a switch of that and stuff' then it would be alien talk to me because out of the 6 years i have been using RPG Makers i have never used switches in my life as i have found easier routes for myself but i cannot find an alternate route for this problem. Im happy to go along with scripting as long as someone tells me in a more English way rather than far to much techincal talk. lol soz about this peeps its just i really want this intro level done with Bayonettas Fly me to the moon playing thru, before and after the battles without the music starting over when battles start and end. :yes: many thanks in adavcen to those who help me ^^ :D

This game i am souly working on for my niece and sis :sweatdrop: but the game itself is in the world of my own Final Fantasy Colelction. I have made these FF games in the past: FF Crystal of Faith - RPG 2003 FF Echo Heart - RPG VX FF Light of Amayon - RPG 2003 FF Fallen Angel - RPG XP - (Still in development) And now I have Final Fantasy: Shoes, Glitter and Guns. Inspired by Bayonetta (my favourite game at the moment) The game centres three women who beat demons and the army of Selro. Defending their home city of Nira, they group together using their unique abilities (Sammie - black Mage, Natalia - Guns specialist and Amelia - Summoner) with their combined powers they unleash hectic blows to the army of Selro but doing so in style. No battle gos undone without the trio looking their best. Equipping your party with essential shoes with unique abilities, and a large varietyu of guns, magic powders and summoning monsters the army has no chance of standing in your way. But when a handsome man and heir to the throne of Selro emerges, the trio are left blinded by love and want him souly for each of themselves. :air_kiss: The game will use the entire soundtrack of Bayonetta. Not the 6 track OST you get with the Climax edition of Bayonetta but i have torrented the entire 5 disc soundtrack you can get in Japan that has every piece of music used in the game including the short tracks used for monmster intros and cutscenes. So yeah tell me what you think about this concept. The game is already underway in terms of plotting but yeah tell me anything you think would help make the game better as in enemies or enemy names. In addition i would like to say the weapons in the game (including magic and monsters names) are named after sexual and dirty refferences. EG: The Cum Gun - A gun that sprasy a white acidic venom on the enemy thus poisioning it. So yeah tell me what you think and all that. This game may be for download when its done but at the moment i wanna have a view on peoples thoughts about it.

:alright: Hey dude can i add some sonic charsets to your resource pack?? :rolleyes: I used the sprites from a spriter sheet from the sonic advance games and i have a charset for sonic, metal sonic, knuckles, metal knuckles, tails, metal tails, shadow, amy, metal amy, eggman and i think i also have a giant chaos emerald or master emerald seeing how large it is. can i add these to your pack? -
only prob with this is i have never used switches in my life. I always avoided them cos they confussed me. :(

I have one more problem with RPG XP. I have a section of the game where the music plays and i want the BGM to play through the battle and also have it playing after the battle without the track restarting. Heres basically what I want to do (as i have done it using RPG Maker 2003) : Play BGM before battle and set same BGM for battle theme and as victory theme. BUT when battle begins, track restarts from the start again and again when battle is over. I want the track to play without restarting through from start and through the battle to the end and carrying on. Can anyone help me? I dont know how to sort this problem out :unsure: Thanks peeps to those who repply :alright:

I dont know if its a problem for anyone else but i am working on my Final Fantasy Fallen Angel game where near the end of part 1 of the game (as its in 4 huge parts like if it were in 4 discs) but the trouble im having is when it comes to half way through part 1 of my game my main character is split away from his 3 other party members. later on in the game you find 3 new ones and then you switch back to the other 3 who are in a dungeon. the prob is though, their stats are all back to level 1 and so forth. in RPG Maker 2003 when you remove characters and replace them back they have the stats they had when they left. but my RPG Maker they dont have their stats back they have level 1 for everyone? How do i sort this problem out and if it cant be sorted out then I cannot continue my game as i need to split the party into 2 seperate parties. Thanks in advance
