Somewhere along the line, people forgot that the person they're talking to on the computer is a living human being with actual emotions, just like the people they speak to in person. Purposely dismissed messages and disregarding anything that doesn't benefit them is an internet norm. Something I'd rather you curse me out for than I myself ever fall into. I'm not that weak an individual.
