    i hate it when the CSS doesn't load :\ except when i'm on my DS or phone. then i hate it when it DOES load. because it takes longer to load the page >.>

      Might be just you. Everything loads instantly for me and css always loads. Everything literally takes 1sec to load on all my devices.
