i didn't think of it like that. i dont know anything about politics, but from what i've heard, our government is being stupid. i also haven't heard about people burning flags recently.

The flag represents the country not the government in power. If your mad at them burn their cars.
If you are going to burn a flag you need to burn ALL your money also. Is has more governmental and symbols of the administration than ANY document that has to deal with the government or our county!

But the government represents the country (in a so-called democracy). I see where your coming from. But in the context of non-US and US citizens burning the US flag, you mustn't see that as sending a message to civilians. What did you do to them? It's a message for your representatives. Flags are cheaper to burn that money lol
