so I don't need to make them as similiar as RMXP pixel style? O.o (cause I see both of them are different each other so I think I must convert them)

Well it all depends...you probably wouldn't really be able the mix the styles in a game..but you could easily just rearrange the materials to work with rmxp and use rmvx graphics in rmxp. they both handle the same colors and file types (the only difference is VX is a SLIGHTLY smaller resolution)
