Thanks man. I was in a rush to get the demo out there, so that guy won't be in the final game. Neither will that map. I'll fix the credits and extras files in a bit. Thanks for playing though.

Thanks man. It's been here a little while. Just to let you know, that demo is very outdated. I'm going to be adding a demo within 3 days. Promise. Work has me tied down, as well as parties, nephew's first b-day, etc...But for now, a little update. I've frankensprited some Pokemon trainer sprites to make visual representations of the three characters. They don't look exactly like the concept art, but I think they look pretty good. Tell me what you guys think. Caim: Ceres: Jurgen: And a special sneak peek at what Gabriel, the antagonist, looks like: Original work is curtesy of Nintendo, and credit to WhiteCat for that energy ball icon. I realize Jurgen has grey hair, but I forgot to recolor that. Will do at a later time. He's only 32 by the way.

Thanks. I have really been working on this. There's an issue with the demo though, that I still haven't fixed. I 'll re-upload a corrected one tonight.

I've been really busy, but for a taste of what has been updated, here's what's been done: Completely finished the intro scenes and dialogue (only testing remains) Finished battlesystem revamp (revamped menu layout; now battlestatus window changes colors with battleback) Fully complete CMS (all scene backgrounds are completely handmade by me) Game plays in a widescreen format for more cinematic flair Fully incorporated Tech Leveling system into KGC_SkillCPSystem (it didn't show the tech levels in the Activate Scene) Completely remade dynamic title screen Limit Beak menu completely implemented (you can now switch your gain type) New logo (look at my sig) and more!!! The chapter 1 demo should be out in about 2 weeks. Work has me all tangled up, but trust me, I'm working on it!!

Bump. Can anyone do this? It's really holding my new demo back. I know you said you could do this after you finished that CMS, Leon. I'd really appreciate it if someone attempted this.

*update* Demo #2 is up. Still no story yet, sadly, but guess what? A teaser trailer made by a member on another forum. View it here. EDIT: There's an error with the auto-font install script. It tries to access the data folder, but since I encrypted the project, the data folder is not there. Just install the fonts manually. To do this, follow these steps: 1) Go to Control Panel 2) Click on the Fonts folder. 3) Drag all the contents of my projects Font folder into the other one. It should work after that.

As a good hearted person, I think I can help you out with that CMS. I've crafted mine pretty much entirely from scratch. If it deals with complexity, then bring it on. I'm always up for something new.

I need a world map script. I've seen Near's and Seph's but both don't do what I need. So here's my request. First of all, I'll be using my world map as an example. Map Ok. Now for the explaining. The dots represent the towns and cities. Now comes the tricky part. I only want the player to be able to go to certain cities, towns, and other places, if they have activated a warp point. I want to be able to put an event call script to make it so I can let the player have access to a new area when I say so. Now, when the player accesses the world map from a warp point. I want a list of available warp points to be shown on the right side of the screen if the town that is highlighted on the left, and vice versa. If it's in the center, I'd like it to be on the right. The player can only choose the towns and cities, and then it brings them into a sub-menu, that lets the player choose a warp point in that region. For example, let's say the player picks the town of Garion. It should show a small indicator that shows what region they are in. The player picks Garion, and a new sub-menu lets him choose either forest 1, river 1, underground mines, etc...I would also appreciate it if larger maps scrolled around according to the choices. If mockups help, I'll put some up later.

The tileset is from an official RPG Maker XP sample game called Knight Blade. I'm waiting on a custom tileset from an artist so I can change them. Not many futuristic tilesets out there that I can use unless I rip them from other games.
