Hey guys, I'm very new to this forum and I have tried so many times to make a dashing/sneaking animation for this spritesheet... I would appreciate it if someone more talented from this community to give me a little hand? I know I'm new but seriously.. It is beyond my limit :(

Just to let you know this image is 2x its original size, so to make it easier for you just downscale it by 50%... Thanks in advance guys!
