Lol, there was a school told this rich kid (male) he had to cut his hair coz the guys had to have short hair. So he took them to court and won. I think his dad was a lawyer. Generally, you can sue a public school as a branch of government or a private one if it is bound by its own constitution (all companies have constitutions (here)).

You can also go Marked's idea if your that serious, just do you really want to waste money on a court due to painted nails?

Wow it's so fun! Though I decided to forget about what they say, I know they might decrease my grade or anything if I don't listen to them but I don't give a fuck. Btw that guy was so cool!
