Could someone please explain to me how to make an event - on getting a new character to join your party. I have been trying to figure it out. Lammorra

I am trying to find a dwarf character and battler. I think I have searched just about every site. Can anyone suggest where I might find my dwarf. ;) Lammorra

Here is if you use your imagination. The Rainforests of British Columbia are some of the most beautiful in the world. Where on earth can you find the true Spirit Bear? All it takes is a little imagination to set in motion the events to start a novel or game. Lammorra

Thank you for your comments. That is exactly why I wrote out this first part of my story. I have just begun to edit the last manuscript that ends the story. A person might think that the starting of a story is easy. It takes a great deal of patience and skill to even get their words written out on paper. I am happy I could be of some help. Lammorra

I am still having difficulty with his transfere. My character seems to get stuck, now. I would like to thank you for your help. I am just learning. Lammorra Still having problems, I have checked the map and all things on that. I have done exactly as you have suggested. I have been working on it since the 19 of Dec. I am doing something wrong or my computer is getting ready to give up the ghost. It has been causing me problems of late. I will keep trying. I have posted the three screens from my game. The trial walkthroughs for each scene work really well. If I can over come my stubborn actors problems, then I think I will have gain one brownie point. I am using the transfere character but it does not want to work properly. My character seems to be transferring to another square. I want my actor to leave the desert cave entrance and enter the cave. He seem to be stubborn. Lammorra

I cannot find an event that will allow me to move my character from one map to another. I have really been trying to do this. It doesn't seem to work. Lammorra

I am always looking for new ideas and thought this might enhance someones game I hope I did that right this time. Lammorra I get so many ideas and that I confuse myself. lol Truthfully I want to help and learn as much as I can. Lammorra

I found this free resource for those who can make their own tilesets and autosets. It is a great program for making advanced games. Here is the web site. They also have a forum to get information from. www.inet2Inet.com The program is called World Creator v1.5 it is free. I hope someone can use it. Lammorra

Thank Marked Sometimes we all need our own personal cheerleader. I don't do the jumping around. I can give moral support when needed. I will be here for our community. I just received my mobility scooter, so the summer months are going to be filled with adventure. A few years ago, I snapped some beautiful pictures of woodlands and a special water fall. I was thinking that I could email a few pictures to you. They are as far as I can see perfect pictures for backgrounds in our games. Let me know if you would like some. I am still having trouble getting a good ftp program for this forum. Marked, I was in advertising for a newspaper years ago. I am not sure how you would go about advertising that RMXP Unlimited is back up. I would like to help. Lammorra

Marked I read your blog, many things happen to use when we try to build a huge mountain on which to place our dreams. I really understand the heart aches you have gone through trying to keep this forum alive. You are not along, by any means. I said that I was shocked to see the forum down when I got out of hospital. What I haven't told you is that I was in hospital 6 times in this past year. I have Asthma, and other breathing disorders. Twice this year, I almost did not make it back to the living. TWICE! It takes all my strength to stay alive and I have to. I have my dreams of publishing my first book. The first novel is on this forum in the writing stories. I have ten manuscripts that I have written. I can see that others have been reading them. I have had several private emails about the story. Sometimes, we really have to fight for what we believe in. I strongly believe that if we let our dreams die, then we will as well. There is no way I am I will let my dreams die. I fought to damn hard these past months to stay alife. That is why I am so proud of you and your friends for sticking to your dreams. For without them, we have nothing. Take Care, I am pulling for all of you. You can do it! Lammorra

To Marked and Emily Konichi, I want to personally thank these administrators for all their hard work. These people have work very hard to get everythings back. I for one appreciate what they have accomplished for us all. I am happy to see you are back again. We all have to say together to make something work. None of you could imagine how hollow my stomach felt when I came back from hospital to find RMXP Unlimited was having such difficulty. It broke my heart. This was the first forum that I had ever joined. I treasure my friends no matter what age or who they are. I think that Marked and Emily Konichi should be congratulated for all their hard work. Is there any really good sprite tutorials that I can get my hands on. I want to learn to make sprites. I am using Gimp and Paint right now. I also have Ulead Photo Impact and Animation. I want to put these programs to good use and work them to their fullest. The have had some experience in working with Photo Impact and the Animation program. This was a few years back. I need special characters for my game, these characters sometime have two or more forms or bodies that help them to get their jobs done. Many of my actors in my manuscripts can change at will. If you read my story posted in the story section of this forum, you will see what I mean. It has become a way of life for my actors or people to change. I have also developed some very different characters and monsters for them to defeat. Even though my actors fight for justice and peace, they use their brains and try to not use their brawn to fight with. They fight with love not hate, for the monsters they fight devour everything in their path. I have only submitted Book One of ten manuscripts that I have written. It has taken me twenty-three years to write and revise these ten books. Now, I my dream is to put at least part of my manuscripts into a game for my grandson. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it a great deal. Thank you Lammorra

I am starting to assemble my maps and characters. I am still looking for a person that looks like a bird man character set and face set. It's body must be covered with feathers, have talons as feet, have a human or elf face with a beak like nose. If you find anything like this, please point me into the right direction. Lammorra

I like the RPG, Star Ocean, Dragon Warrior 7, Legend of Abyss, RMXP for the PS2 and of course the Final Fantasy 9, 10, 10x 12. I just enjoy playing them. I beat up the villians instead of my husband. LOL :lol: Lammorra

Marked, You helped me when I needed help. I still am not that good at RMXP yet. I am learning. If I can offer words of support, to help in these difficult times, then I will. Friends must stick together. I have considered you my friend ever since you helped me when I first started learning about RMXP. You went out of your way to help me with that Knights copy. I did finally get a legal copy. I have been learning the basics to assembling the tilesets. I am a person as stubborn as a mule. I will learn it sooner or later. I have posted one of my novels on the Story section of the forum. I want to base my game on some of the characters that are in my novels. This was the first forum I became a member of. Marked was always there when I needed advice. I am so happy to see this from back. I don't know how you others felt when this forum went down.
