ReVerb: The Iron Saga This is a story of the rise and fall of the Iron Age told and written by Commanding Knight, Sir Knol Redsworth. Episode 1: Age Of Iron it has been many a year's since man first came to the continent of _________, And in those years we have learned that the land can give us many things. From food to shelter, medicine to Companions’, and most of all..... Weapons..... It is currently the summer of 1800 BC and man has learned to live off the land and use it to defend themselves by the coming of Iron. We have found many use's for this but beyond all else we have found it to be a weapon greater than any stone or wood, a Weapon so great in fact, that it usher's in a new age, The Iron Age..... Welcome to Revanthas!!! Episode 2: The Unknown Stranger it has been 4 summer's since Iron was discovered, and in those 4 summer man has prospered greatly. But with every good, there is a evil. The neighboring city of Don Amne has also begun using iron ot make weapons of war, weapons they intend to use to fight us with... I am currently posted at a outpost due east of Revanthas and our scouts have told us of a large group of Don Amnian soldiers heading our way, They carry with them a weapon's and we suspect that they will get here in 3 hours or less. We must prepare for they out number us in men and arms. God help us..... Episode 3: A New Weapon Somehow we survived thanks to the cloaked stranger who appeared before us that dreadful night and struck down the Don Amne soldiers as if to banish them to the deeps by gods’ holy name. We have fallen back to the Revanthian outpost just 3 leagues from the last and are told to prepare for another attack any day now. More enemies approach from the east and in greater numbers. We have been given more men to guard our post with and we will need them for out spies tell us of a new material that the Don Amnians used in some of the enemy weapons and that our iron makes will be crushed by this new metal. Although our numbers and small and our chance's low, We will not run, We Will Not Hide!!!! Episode 4: Return of the Angel We have lost many good men these past few days, and many close friends…With the loss of the Revanthian Outpost we are forced to withdraw to our city walls and prepare the best we can for the army soon to hit its walls. With our current weaponry I do not believe we will live past the invasion for the enemies swords are Many, and stronger than any of us could hope to match without the lord intervention… This may be my last writing…it may be the last for us all…. Episode 5(Final Episode): End of the Iron Age, Onward to Tomorrow! Once again, in our darkest moment there is always a light.. A light to guide and aid us in our journeys, a guide to show up the path to tomorrow. For us, The people of Revanthas That light is Ryuu, A man who strikes like lighting and fights like a dragon, A man who came to our city in our darkest moment and brought with him the chance for another dawn. With his help we held out city and defeated the Don Amne General, Now we must strike back before Don Amne can muster a new army and strike us down for good. This victory marks the end of Our Iron Age, and rips open the path to anew. Let us march forward with glory in our hearts, and might in our arms so that we may strike fear into the hearts of those who seek to crush us down. Glory to our King!! i think of a base concept for the game then plan out the game in sections. each section which a start and end(last boss of section) and everythign inbetween come's to me when i need it.
