    people in VA cannot fking drive, they either drive to damn slow 25-30 in a 40 mph zone; they leave the light extremely slow gradually going up to top speed really slow; when the see a cop they drop way below speed limit; can't read signs Yield sign is appearenly a stop sign; Do not enter signs don't exist; etc...

      I know what you mean. My town people dont know the speed limit and dont know how to use blinkers. Almost got hit many times. Your taking a chance when someone uses there blinkers.

      had to stomp on my brakes like 5x because of that, and I wasn't even in DC. At least there I would be aware of that shit. But in Springfield suburbs. Come on people.
