  1. Do I need to contact support to have them clear my RPG XP key so that I may install it again? I copied and pasted the key number from my email but it says it is invalid format. I'm going to be really, really disappointed if they expect me to buy the whole thing again. At that point I'll start telling people not to deal with the company. >.>

      And yea, this is the second time. My first purchase, despite evidence on my end, was denied by them because it was "never bought". I thought it was a once in a life time experience with them but I was wrong apparently. I contacted them and will have to wait until the 6th of next month to get any help. They were prompt and polite though.

       

      Here's hoping they can help me out. :)
