How do I access and use the chatroom? I've never used one before. :sweatdrop: EDIT: Posting a final product here might help others who have this problem as well. So maybe we can keep the thread alive until its done and then post it for others?

Well, it would be better that way, but I can live without it I suppose. But um, do you happen to know which part of the script would I have to be looking at? :sweatdrop: If I can do that and add another battle menu, would that help? But if not, then whatever you've managed will be good. The status effect sounds like a good idea as well! Though I wouldn't know how to make it activate or anything. Would I have to do as Arkbennett said and use Percentile Formulas?

Yes, you got it right! That's how I'd like it to be. Sorry I'm confusing you, I have problems wording what I mean... Well, I suppose I wouldn't mind much if it was in the skill tab, but I figure if it did that, a Player wouldn't know his limit was there. I was thinking like a new tab comes up so you have: Attack Skill Item And when your limit is active, something like this: Attack <Limit> Skill Item

@Coylise Myro: Yes, sorta. Everything you just said, but instead of not being able to use it again, I want the player to be able to use it as long as his HP is low. Have you've ever played FF8? Its like that. You get the limits as long as your HP is low, but I'd like for it to be like FF6 where it activates near death and then when you heal your HP, the limit goes away. If that makes sense? @zane203: I can try, but I probably won't be able to do it. :sweatdrop:

I liked the battle system in FF12. It was a mixture of both the battle systems, and it turned out great! It was fun too and never really got boring either. :biggrin_002:

Bump :P If anyone knows how to do this, I would be very happy to hear. Anything you have, suggestions, some tiny help on what I was attempting above... :(

Just connect your PSP to a PC and the got to SAVEDATA and then look for FF7 and drag it to your PC. With that all on the desktop, you can remove it and put it back on whenever you need or want. It doesn't harm anything either, if you want to know that as well. :P I don't own a PS3, but here you go: Connect your PSP to your PS3 using a USB cord. Scroll over to the left on the PSP and hit "USB CONNECTION" button. Wait and your PS3 should detect the PSP. Now, navigate your PS3 to the saved data of your FF7 game. To do this, find the saved Data of FF7 on your Memory Stick using the PS3. Now select which MEMORY CARD you want to copy the data from on the PSP. Memory card 1 or 2. Select which ever you want. The next step is to select the file ON the memory card you picked. Now select where you want to PUT that new FF7 memory data on the PS3.

To make a new project, as they are called, you go to File> New/new Project > name it> and then there you go! :3 Rated is right. You should probably go to youtube and watch some tutorials on how to use the software. :)

^ The person you vote for, his/her name turns italicized (I think) :) I voted! Are we allowed to say who we voted for? :sweatdrop: Oh, don't say that Rated! You deserve to be up there! You've helped with the forum a lot and you're always active! Plus you have helped with resources and your game looks amazing! :33

Well, if you want the Digimon ones, then you probably should edit your thread asking someone to rip the Digimon tilesets. Or, if someone has the tilesets to that screenshot, if that's what you want. Doing searches for this type of tileset, that's all I found. I'm sorry :( I'll try once more!

You could try this: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MWX9161C I'll keep looking for you though :) EDIT: http://www.gamedev.net/topic/436302-looking-for-an-isometric-game-engine/ http://members.chello.at/theodor.lauppert/games/isomaker.htm http://www.inet2inet.com/Main/MainCenter.asp Here is something to help create the tiles. http://www.reinorpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=9005.msg90476

xD Tomandandy - Cutting (Resident Evil Afterlife Soundtrack) This one has to be the most badass of them....! Or maybe they all are! :33 -
You can try this way. Most realistic doors evented ever. This is what I use, very complex looking, but its really easy. Takes some time, but that shouldn't matter if you really want nice doors! :33 http://www.rmxp.tigerseye.uk.com/tutorial_aevent3.shtml Or you could use this simpler, very easy one: http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/engines/rmxp/eventing-systemstutorials/168-door-tutorial :)

I'm listening to Disturbed! xD Disturbed -- Land of Confusion -
So...I've been a big fan of the games and the movies since I was just a kid. I would watch my brothers play the game and remember how scary the Undead were when they would suddenly get up and grab your leg, or when the dogs burst through the windows or when you fight the giant, mutated snake or find out Wesker is a dirty liar who needs a good whoopin'! I also remember Jill and Chris, two of the coolest RE game characters ever! Oh and then there is Claire and Leon of course! Anyway...I love both the games and the movies, but the movies hold more of my heart, I think. Yes, they are different and some people hate Alice for being "too" strong or that the movies are about her. Though if they were making RE game movies, you'd see it different. (The movies are Alice's games! lol) but I happen to love Alice. Ever since the first movie and the second with Jill, my fangirlness for the series, game and movie, has increased! I just adore Alice. She's a great charater! I love her! Especially when she's around others and she has that attitude where everything just seems really easy to her. She's kickass, strong, funny (Yea, I met your sister. She was a homicidal b!tch lol) and awesome character! She doesn't let anything stand in her way! She hates Umbrella with a passion and even goes on a warpath to make them pay for what they have done to her! Anyway, onto the point! I recently watched Resident Evil: Afterlife thrice (when it was in theaters) and it really drove the drive to write a fiction for it, completely fanmade. I have yet to fully grasp Alice's character and decided not to ruin her with my first ever fanfiction regarding anything out of the FF & AC areas, so I decided to make a complete fan-fan-fanfiction. I tried to make the timeline fit that of the movies, but its a bit confusing. If I had the last movie, I would probably do better with the storyline matching up. Well, here is the fiction. Its two chapters right now, they are pretty short, but its meant to be a quick explanation of what's going on. I have never wrote a horror fiction before, especially for Resident Evil. So I'm hoping someone can provide some insight, but be kind about it...? :sweatdrop: Chapter 1: Awoken Chapter 2: Suiting up Characters: Thanks for reading! I'm open to all suggestions and would love to hear what you have to say! I only ask for it to be in a nice way xD
