a zelda theory comprised of other people's theories, revised to fit what i believe. to start, we all know (assuming that the people who care about this are the only ones reading) what happens between oot and mm. after that, ganon returns, hyrule got flooded etc...ww happened. (keep in mind this is not meant to explain any of the old zelda games, before oot, or having to do with the four swords. or skyward sword, since i havent played it yet.) but before ganon returned, link attempted to return to hyrule, but without the help of a fairy or a random skull kid (whom he helped as a sidequest in oot), link became lost in the lost woods for 7 years. enough time for him to grow up to look like he did as an adult in oot. he then became a stalfos. how? its magic. probably has something to do with a curse. i think there was something about that somewhere. well he would've become a stalfos BUT because he has the triforce of courage, he was able to become the guy in tp who teaches you stuff! and the triforce of courage was passed on to the next link, hundreds of years later on outset island, above where lake hylia once was. (dragon roost being death mountain, and the forest place being kokiri forest, and the tree, being the centuries old deku tree sprout in oot, and the tree people being the kokiri, who had a curse put on them by ganon before hyrule was flooded. and the tower in the middle of the ocean is hyrule castle, just like it is in tp.) this is also why he looks kinda like a stalfos. (also his wolf is golden cuz he's the original hero of time) *takes deep breath* so yea. hero's shade, i think he's called (aka the original link) with his new powers, talked to midna somehow, and told her that she could help her people by finding the new hero of time, the one in grey wolf form in the hyrule castle dungeon. and ever notice how the castle behind hero's shade is more like the one in oot than the one in tp? there's the first clue that he's link. the second, is the wolf. the third, is that he knows songs that link learned in oot and mm. interesting... now, the interlopers, who were introduced in tp as people who were very skilled sorcerers who wanted to defy the gods, attempted to do just that. they created a mask, which was so evil that it had to be sealed away by the gods. it was later found by the happy masked salesman. go figure >.> the twili, being not particularly evil, and being from another dimension, have no correlation to the interlopers, and therefore are not them in any way, shape, or form, except that the interlopers may have learned their magic from the twili in the ww, ganon dies. PH and ST go bye...the goddesses decide its time to unflood hyrule. many years later, ganon's ghost appears and helps zant get all these powers and stuff. (using him so that he can be resurrected) he had to be a ghost, because, how else could he appear as that flaming head thing, possess zelda, and summon ghost rider people to attack link while on his horse at the end of tp. this is all crazy...y'know why? because some of the people in tp claim to be decedents of people in oot. however, since it's been centuries since oot, it's possible, that, since you see a picture of their ancestor(s) that they just look a lot like the people in oot the temple of time in tp is a secret place in the lost woods (link was guided by a skull kid, who lives there, so he didnt get lost) there is a place their that is very similar to the place that you start out in in mm. interesting....maybe they're the same place? hm...i think that's it. tell me what you think.
