What's the best program to use to record rpg maker games? I tried fraps but it won't work for me :C

I use Kazaam on Ubuntu and Camtasia/FRAPS on Windows. Both require lots of RAM and CPU power though, so if you have an older computer it could cause stuttering and horrible syncing.

I'd use Camtasia studio.

It won't show the fps nor would it record the game

Where did you install FRAPS? What compatibility is it running at and did you run it as admin? Also, is it trial or full purchase? And what OS do you have? You cannot shut off FRAPS once you start it or it won't show the FPS counter or record. It must stay on the entire time you need it. 

 

Any errors or crashes? Did you have any problems installing it?

Camstudio really works for me.The hardest part is finding the right settings for it but once you do it runs great.
