rmxp issue while playtesting

so everythig was working fine last night but today anytime i playtest my pc just walks to the right i can make him go up or down but not left and he only stops when he hits the edge of the map, i haven't messed with scripts or anything and it's not my keyboard (ive tested other games including rmvxa lite and am not having any issues) any idea how to fix this?

Do you have an event on the map that has a character move? It sounds like an autoplay event to me.

nevermind it fixed itself... somehow..

I have(had) that same issue. I'm not sure what causes it but I think its windows issue as logging in and logging out fixes it.

i deleted the program and reinstalled it and it still didn't fix it, so i closed it for about 20 minutes opened it again and it was fixed.... i blame ghosts.

Odd issue. I have used RMXP on every windows system since XP and never had that happen. If it continues I would trying posting a topic on the official english message board: http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/forum/6-rpg-maker-xp/
