Can you make this guy look a bit older?

I've recolored Cleric01's hair, but the style makes him look too young and I'm terrible at editing hair. I need him to look about 30 instead of like 12 or 16.

 

Maybe make the hair in the back more...i dunno...flat?...ish?

It was either this or make mage04 look younger and that would be a pain since he looks a bit hunched over.

This is a lot different than I expected, but probably better than what I imagined. The beard looks a bit odd, but I think I can fix it. Thanks :D
