FranklinX 37 Report post Posted August 8, 2015 I've been working hard on my game lately and coming up with new ideas. One of these ideas is to make unlockable characters. I would introduce these characters as temporary playable characters at their part in the story. After their story is completed, then a mini quest would become available to complete and unlock the character. What do you think?
zahraa 26 Report post Posted August 8, 2015 (edited) Oh yeah that's a great idea for sure! EDIT: I totally misunderstood it but still it's a good idea lol Edited August 8, 2015 by zahraa
Bob423 52 Report post Posted August 9, 2015 Hm...that might be interesting. Mind if I steal it? I already have a few characters in mind for it lol.
Polraudio 122 Report post Posted August 9, 2015 That could work out well. I seen it in many RPG's before so why not go for it. Make sure to give the player the option to let them join after the mini quest because some players might want to do the quest and not want the character(roleplaying reasons).
