Kiriashi from The Tales of RMXP Unlimited - Reason: Funny character in every episode. To bad it was only 1 season and 10 episodes long.

 

Actually the real one is.

Inuyasha from ummmmm o yea Inuyasha. So funny and always determined and simple minded.

Once I watched 2 episodes of Eureka 7. I didn't really get the whole thing besides the kid loving to surf...I think. It does look pretty cool because I love Mechs like in Code Geass. I just hope Eureka 7 has guns in it or some kind of bloodshed... <_<
