Help with a stealth script.

I need help with the following scripts. 

Trace Stealth System ? version 2.2 ? Prof. Meow Meow

and 

Stealth System By Jet10985 (Jet)

I need help understanding this. I know its mostly event stuff but im still confused. Can someone help me? Also please give any and all details possible i'm a noob at this :(

A demo would be REALLY nice if possible. Thanks in advance if you help :) Im not getting any errors or anything its just not working for me.

Sorry insert "New guy" speech here.  Anyway please let me know if you or anyone could figure these scripts out cus im very confused about it and would really like to have it in my game.
