For instance, my AIM6 won't start up, and doesn't even show up on the taskbar, much less my virus scanner or anything else for that matter. And every 5-10 minutes, my browsers just shuts off immediatly without warning. It's starting to piss me off, anyone know what to do? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Arkbennett 16 Report post Posted January 30, 2008 Yeah, that's what people say, but I didn't make any recovery disks. And I got this badass virus scanner, I think it fixed most of the problem... Marked 197 Report post Posted January 31, 2008 If worse comes to worse you could re-install windows and have anit-spyware and a firewall ready for install before using the net again. Thats what I've done before, just backed up everything and formated my hardrive. Although I do keep copies of everything I download in one place, so you may lose some of your files if you do that. Arkbennett 16 Report post Posted February 1, 2008 Man fuck this damn computer, it's playing with my head. One minute it works, the other it doesn't. All the fucking time. F*ck that piece of shit, it has some fucking trojan in it or something, because when I start it up, it told me a file was missing in my AVG Virus Scanner, that I reinstalled YESTERDAY.
