Text Commands

I'm somewhat familiar with the RPG Maker back when I used RPG Maker 95, but since it was many years ago, most of my knowledge about it slipped away. I have searched the forums as well as the net and couldn't find a guide on the text commands. Such as changing the text colors, underline, bold, as well as special characters. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

 

Also, is there a command to call the hero's name in the text box instead of typing it everytime?
