I post a game no one says anything, I post questions and I get no response...I'm thinking about giving up on CA and just sticking here...all I have now are CA and this place so... I will be doing me best to get this place active, and make it big, so you never have to leave :D . Its a big job though. But I wont give up. Sometimes I wonder about the members at CA you know... They are too immature in my opinon, Dubealex being in his mid tweenties, or maybe he is just a good admin. I have been there a year, and kind of see what you mean. I think theres another problem but I wont say because it would have bad concequences. Leon 55 Report post Posted January 14, 2007 I skipped out of CA becuase I didn't get the respect I deserved. I mean, sure, there are better scripters, but mine are scripts nobody else has either made or thought of. For example, i cite the Mission script and the Skill Level script. Marked 197 Report post Posted January 14, 2007 Just want to note that we are not in anyway flaming CA, for those people who are regulars there and have friends there, like myself. To be clear. Im suprised to hear that Leon, thier lose. Every member, and members resources deserve recognistion. This is a big problem I think. Members work hard to share their resources with forums, and sometimes their topic slowly fades down the list, and no one responds. And that makes members not bother doing it again, whats the point, right? Big problem there. Im not going to post anything I do there again. Although i must say you dont get treated right. Some of the stuff I've seen there really annoys me. I think that some people are quite immature, because alot of people who use RPG Maker XP are 16 or younger. I like talking to the older members, no offense to you young members. So i tried it on my other email addresses but they still didn't send it! So i just had a look around, some stuff was helpful, others i had to question but i couldn't! But then i saw the RMXP Unlimited Banner! YAY! So that's why i'm here now. Most of the questions i had already got answered. It's just so much more civilized here. But i think its just wrong that you read someone's question and just ignore it and their excuse is that you need to contribute to the site. That's just wrong! Overall I think its a great place, this forum wouldnt exist with it, because thats the first forum I ever went to and made me want to start up my own. People not replying to topics is quite a problem. Something I want to do with this forum is have a really active RPG Maker XP section. Unlike CA, it also reply's greatly on other forums, and on this one I want more creativity in the rpg maker section. That would help some with the problem of members not getting replies.
