I'm not sure what enterbrain will be able to do to help.. you just need an internet connection. well, maybe not EVERYONE can get an internet connection at home einstein. just yesterday the mechanic was at my apartment and told me there's a problem with the telephone box and it's not possible to get internet there. (btw bevore i moved in, the landlord promised me that it IS possible to use internet at that apartment, but it seems he was wrong.) and there's nowhere mentioned that you need an internet connection to launch / register the program. they got theyr damn money, what do they want more? >=( and btw i doubt enterbrain japan will care about problems of rmXP -english version-.
