Raxus 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2008 Yeah... I started this after I saw the boring debate section to "Spice it up." Or maybe no one here even likes or knows about Star Wars or Star Trek. Ok, so this is how it goes. You have to either say Star Wars or Star Trek or even Niether; then, in a sentence (or paragraph for you big fans) why you picked that the choice. Personally, I choose Star Wars. Why? Because I believe it has more of a story. Yes George Lucas messed up the numer system by bringing the forth one first. But, hey, He has quite an imagination. One more thing, the aliens (at least most) don't look like humans; unlike the Clingons(sp?) and other speices(Again, sp?). RMXPirate 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2008 I voted for starwars :D. Startek is old, the acting is horrible(it is scifi channel) and the graphics etc are not that great. Pirate, I understand where you are coming from with the acting of the Original Series being poor, but it was a different era, this you must understand. The graphics back in the 60s were excellent in that show, ESPECIALLY since they didn't have any budget. Believe it or not, everything was out of pocket. None of it was a grant. As for if you want to see a decent Star Trek, watch Voyager. A true story about survival. In fact, the best episode would be The Year of Hell. Now, the reason I voted Star Trek is they provide the science and theories behind everything, whereas Star Wars is just action. All it is really is fight scenes and drama. You can even compare starwars old to star trek new and see a big difference. I don't even think its star trek's fault its scifi channels they always have horrible graphics and acting its like a requirement, sorry I'm getting off subject lol. They should just stay away from scifi and move somewhere cooler where it belongs and can get the money to have really great graphics etc. Also the best startrek i've seen was startrek nemisis I believe its called Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
