Both easily solved love.

In RMXP hit f10 and that'd cue the Import Materials screen, you can easily import materials from there.. not just tilesets.

The easiest way to make a stand alone executable is to include all of the rtp files that -you- used in the game project folder. That way your project wont need rtp when it plays because it has everything you need already.

When I tried to import a tileset it cuts off half of it lol

and what is RTP files?..

You can always try the advanced.. but still easy.. way.

use the project file folder and drag the tileset to the tileset folder.

RTP files are files that comes with RMXP.

Character pngs, midi's, tiltescreen pngs.. etc

It sounds like you are using tilesets from Rpg Maker 2000/2003 that’s why it gets cut off

The RTP files are the default graphics that come with RMXP you can find them here on your computer

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterbrain\RGSS\Standard\

Dragging your graphics wont work cause you wont have the transparent or translucent colors

tutml3.png

1. Click on materialbase

2. Click on what you want to import

3. Click import and find the image you want

tut2ob1.png

1. Right click on your transparent color

2. Right click on your Semi-transparent color(Shadow Color)

Sizes:

256pixels right to left so 8 tiles

Down as far as you want to go as long as each tile is 32x32
