EmilyAnnCoons 7 Report post Posted June 26, 2008 The Book of Change All was normal in the lives of Brandon Seaborn and Jeremy Jansson, until they met the new girl in school. That day, they left for the mall, and the day only grew more strange from there. Jeremy began to stare at feminine objects, such as jewelery and dresses, and he became angry at most anything said to him. Who knew the day would end with such a strange twist as it did? (No, I'm not saying what happened :P) From then on, Jeremy and Brandon began an adventure using a strange book to guide them. Characters Jeremy Seaborn - A 16 year old boy with strange problems. He stares into "girly stores", appears to long for feminine objects, and seems to feel alone. He hides a deep secret, but what is it? Brandon Jansson - A 16 year old boy that seems fairly normal. He rarely gets angry, but when he does, his anger shoots sky-high. He cares for his friends and will back them up, no matter what the problem is. He also holds a secret, but what is it? Emily Konichi - A 17 year old girl, also known as "the new girl in school". She seems odd, but normal at the same time. There is something different about her, but no one can place it. She holds a secret as well, but what could it be? So...with all of that out of the way...I'll begin by saying this: The Book of Change is a webcomic rated WEB-14. It deals with controversial issues in life, such as homosexuality, transexuality, and some other similar things. It includes magic, demons, and even very odd humans. I recommend this only for open-minded people, as it deals with some things that some closed-minded people mind have trouble with. For examples, the above mentions controversial issues, as well as "the beginning of the universe." I'll leave it at that >>;; In any case, I will be posting random bits of news here on occasion, and people are free to comment on the comic here. I would like people to know that Book of Change is looking for an "artist team". Right now, we have a main artist, but he is unable to do everything at a high pace. If we could get a team together, it would be easier and our update speed would likely increase (i.e. main artist, background artist, color artist). If you can help us out, please contact me, TR would GREATLY appreciate any help he can get (he's said so himself!) Finally, a link to the comic:
Arkbennett 16 Report post Posted July 8, 2008 Checked it out chief, not bad stuff. Keep it up, and improve your style. Maybe you could rival many other webcomics out there..?
EmilyAnnCoons 7 Report post Posted July 8, 2008 Perhaps, but not unless we actually get going...the problem is, we're still stuck back in the introductionary stuff, and can't get onto the real storyline until its over...and with one comic a week...that'll take forever >< which is why we need a second artist to help out, so we can update faster...
