I'm buying a PS3 in a week and i need to see what kinds of great RPG games that are out there for it. So if you have any great games that i should buy let me know. I'm looking for games like Final fantasy or Grand Theft Auto.

My list so far:

PS3

Grand Theft Auto 4

Assassins Creed

Metal Gear Solid 4

At the moment, I have only 2 games:

Grand Theft Auto: IV (This game is so beautifully made, and there are only loading screens for cutscenes, so it is all one large map :P)

The Eye of Judgment (This game uses the PS3 Eye-toy (included) along with a deck of card (starter deck included) to play the game, very fun)

I AM REALLY SORRY FOR NECROPOSTING. I just felt it would be pointless to make another topic like this.

I recently got a PS3 and one game I got that I would highly reccomend for anyone is Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. This game amazed me.

True, those are good and supposed to be good. Resident Evil 5 and Mirror's Edge is also pretty damn good.

IF you are into FPS, I wouldn't Resistance 2. It's a good game, but little replay value.

I was wondering about the PS3 game Mirror's Edge, is it any good?

I would have to say it sucks but please make a new topic next time.

It's one of my favorites. There are a few technical and control errors, but you probably won't notice until it comes down to the time trials, where being fast is crucial. The storyline and how they introduce it is weak as well. However the game isn't meant to be a stand alone, it's part of a trilogy.

Those are just the cons, the pros far outweigh it.

I can't wait for the next two.
