Searching for new forum...

Well, where should I start?...The name is Joey, but I occasionally use the screen name BellGoRiiing (don't ask) in forums and the like...just didn't feel like using it this time. Anyways, I've had RMXP for quite some time now, and been trying to work on a game but I didn't get very far...so I went searching for a forum for the program and found rmxp.org. Meh, at first it seemed perfect but now it feels like everyone is ignoring my requests...I had a thread with two pages with nothing but bumping posts (and a few, not-very-helpful posts), this went on for a few months and I finally got fed up with it and so I'm now searching for a new forum that will actually try to help me get started on my game once again. Whether I stay here or not is up to you peoples, so let me know what goes on here...or how active is it exactly, etc...If all goes well then I'll stay and move my thread from that...other....site to here, I really hope to actually finish a game this time. I'll check back tomorrow...er, later today anyways since its 2 in the morning here. Thanks.

Yeah, we want to be active, though we're having a little trouble with it. If you're seeking to make a game, however, you can always lend your skills to the RMXP Unlimited Productions crew. We're trying to make a game by having the entire forum (or what members we do have anyway) help out. So, if you think you could help us out, feel free to. We could use the help. In either case, welcome ^^

Hmmm...well this sounds promising due to the fact that this thread already got 3 replies, lol. Guess I'm staying, I'll grab my script request in a few since its the only main thing I need to get started again. Thanks.

 

EDIT: Forgot, I don't have any skills worth noting for RMXP honestly. As long as I can get everything I need (scripts, resources, etc.) I can put them together to make a game.

And yes, by looking at my avatar now...I like Eureka, bite me...>_> lol.

Yeah, you're right, I remember you too...you're the guy with that freaky rat picture with the pencil up his butt or somethin, lol. I think he had the pencil, can't remember exactly...

 

EDIT: Oh yeah, and you never did the whole "holiday spirit" thing either, lol.
