OverlordMao

My "Currently" Untitled Game

Recommended Posts

For now, its untitled.

Story:

The Netherworld.

A type of world ruled by demons. These demons must all listen to (or atleast try and kill) a demon ruler called an Overlord. On one such Netherworld, rules a kind Overlord, and although all the demons tried to kill him, none have won. This Overlord's son, Alvero, or the Overlord-to-be, wants to prove himself as ready to be the next Overlord by killing off the "Basilisk Lord" (King of all Basilisks). Somehow, Alvero has a being inside of him called Dyte...

And thats all I'm going to give out for now, its still in production after all. :D

Features:

Two types of battle systems. Side-view (http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=921 ) and Tactical (Downloadable here: http://rs3.rapidshare.com/files/10811251/ZTBS.rar (Sorry, can't remember who made it))

Custom Characters

Custom Maps (Found here: http://www.rpg-palace.com/rpgxp.php)

etc. Play it to find all that I have so far.

Note: I have no idea how to make it downloadable. Someone please help me with this.

(Game is now encripted, but I'll still need help with turning off all self-switches on everymap through a common event AND getting it downloadable  )

Ok, first off, you may not want people looking at common event 8 unless you need help with it. A kind word of advice: Encrypt all your games if they have sensitive info you don't want easily released.

Second, to make it downloadable: File => Compress Game Data (and i recommend encrypting it.)

The problem is, I have no idea how to turn off all self switches, and common event 8 is what has it.

Although, I might as well encript it now, anyway.

You press the Print Scr/Sys Rq button, the one over the "insert" button. Open paint, click edit and click Paste and there you go.

Make sure when you save the pic, you save it as JPEG and not the standard BMP.

You said the picture was to big to attach. When your in paint and you go to save as. It will ask what file type you would like to save as. Hit the arrow to drop down the menu and select JPEG or JPG whichever it says.

For Windows: To take a screen shot, that is a picture of what is on your computer screen, you must:

1. Press the print screen button on your keyboard, it my say Prt Scr, or Sys Rq, or what ever. It can usually be found at the top right area of your keyboard. If you cannot find it or your keyboard does not, in fact, have a Print Screen button, open your start menu and press search. Click on "All Files and Folders" to the left, and type in "On-Screen Keyboard". Wait for your computer to find it, and press stop when you see "On-Screen Keyboard" in the list.

2. Now that you have taken your screen shot of what you want, open up Microsoft Paint. (If you didn't take a screen shot yet, make sure you have what you want a picture of is visible, and press the print screen key on the keyboard or button on the On-Screen keyboard) Now press Control+V or click on Edit in the menu bar and press paste. Now you have your picture, so edit it how you want it. This could be selecting only the window of RMXP and putting it in the top left corner of the window, then deleting everything around it by changing the window size to fit only the part you want.

3. So now comes the easy part, save this file to where ever you want, and click on the arrow next to the text that says something like "BitMapImage" to a .JPEG or a .PNG. These are called file extensions. They tell the computer how much time to spend on loading the picture. So if you saved your file to say a JPEG, it would take more space than a .PNG. The extension that takes the most space is, I believe, a type of .BMP, and the least is a .GIF. You should save it as a .PNG for uploading it here.

4. Now you can post it here by uploading the image by pressing the Upload button when making a Normal Replay (not a fast reply.) After you upload it you press the attach button and some coding will appear in your post cut and paste this to where you want it in your post, and you should be done! Alternatively you can upload your image to a site like image-shack (this IS better than all of the others) and post the link here.

Hope I helped! LOL!

(for mac just press command shift four and you got you picture, lol)

It wasn't the picture that was to big. It was the demo of the game that was to big.
