PLEASE HELP ME! GAH!

Recommended Posts

Yeah, so I want to group my files into custom names.

You know how you can group them by letter, last mod, file creation, etc.

I want to make mine custom. Anyone know a way to do this..?

I'll show you can example I whipped up with MS Paint.

Can anyone help...?

I dont know if you can do that. Could these sites help you?

http://www.peachpit.com/articles/article.a...88&seqNum=4

http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Support/...?ArticleID=5873

http://www.mybookcollection.com/support.html (This one has

a question asking "How do I do a custom sort?" So this one might help)

Or you could open a file, click the view button, go to Choose Details, and add some more options such as...

Status, Owner, Author, Title, Subject, Catagory, Pages, Comments, etc.....

But no idea how to add a custom one, I think you have to add it to the (in RPG Maker XP/VX terms) to the computer script. Modify the PC, or google until you find what you're looking for. If you do figure it out, let us know so we can have custom sorts as well :P

You cannot do that on XP as far as i know. but you can change the view to details and show comments. And go to properties on the file -> summary -> comments and type your comments like "Media" and you can sort it that way(Cannot be done with folders). but for the way your doing it i don't think you can.

when in detail view right click on the bar where it says size, type and click on comments then click on the comments bar and it will sort it out by comments.
