Open Book

well, Ive always wanted to know how to make a book in photoshop, so I took to it without a tut or anything... here is what It came out as:

it is 100% custom no graphics taken from anywhere else...

well, unfortunately, I havent had a lot of time for grpahics and stuff like that so thats my only recent work... school is killin me with stress and loss of sleep so I dont have the time... but, if we get the fourms cleaned up and renewed with eitehr phpBB or a new theme, I will post my whole graphics portfolio... and maybe also my web design one... jsut for looksies...

There is unfortunately problems with the light.

It looks as if you have simply mirrored the page, but the light won't be symmetric unless it comes directly towards the book in which case the middle is far to dark.

If you only look at one page it looks nice with how the light comes in so I suggest you decide whether the light should come from the right or the left and then alter the page which doesn't work.

yeah, I noticed taht once It was done, so I will be revising it soon with better consideration for the light source and the cover will be done a bit better also...
