trouble getting my serial nimber

When I say I am having trouble getting my serial number, I don't mean the trial one, NO I mean the real one, the one I paid for to keep RPG MAker Xp. When I went to buy it, it never had occured to me that the place would just give me the activation serial number right there and then, so I never tried to look for (actually I don't know if it came right then and there), and now of course I am not really in a position to get it, at least for the one I got then. I thought it would come over the e-mail or the mail itself, but of course it hasn't. Does anyone know how I can get the actavation serial number, without having to pay for it a second time, of course I will if I absolutely, posivively had to, but who wants to.

Try contacting enterbrain. They might just give you a new one if you have proof of purchase
