Ishtar Chronicles (FULL)

Recommended Posts

The Ultimate Weapons:

The Final Destiny, also known as the sword of sacrifice.

This magical sword not only kills anything it cuts, but it's wielder, too!

The amount of damage it inflicts on an enemy is taken out of the user's HP.

Thus,It brings death to all who encounter it.

Side Effects: Use will turn the user into dust.

How to Unlock: Receive the blessings of all four gods.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Eternal Love, also known as the sword of healing and miracles.

(A.K.A. The Love-Making Sword!)

It is the evolved form of the Final Destiny.

This magical sword has the exact opposite effect of the Final Destiny.

It can't kill anything.

It heals wounds, purifies sickness, and resurrects the dead.

If there was a way to bring about world peace, this is the sword for the job.

Side Effects: Use may cause the user to become very sexually aroused like a cat in heat! ;)

How to Unlock: Have the Final Destiny and have Calill and Peter with Rank A relationship.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Eternal Hate,is truly the most powerful of the three. The sword of endless massacre.

It is the exact opposite of Eternal Love.

Side Effects: It feels the user with an insatiable desire to kill.

Unlike the Final Destiny, which draws life force from its user, this draws life force from its enemies.

It adds the life spans of its victims to its user, making him/her immortal!

It will turn its user into an immortal,invincible,mass-murdering psychopath.

How to Unlock: Have the Final Destiny and have Calill and Peter with a Rank F relationship.

OR if Calill and Peter have Rank A relationship, and one of them is murdered.

Yup! =) I've been putting it off for real life stuff and the rmxpunlimited project, but I should be done with chapter 3 really soon. I want to wait until at least chapter 5,before posting a new demo, though.

Can't bug Mark with a new demo everytime I complete a little bit of the game, lol.

But ya,Ishtar Chronicles (Full) stands for "Full Version". Including all the bells and whistles!

Chapter 4 is taking longer than I expected. I decided to make alternate of the main characters, the ones that are leveled throughout the game are different than the ones you get when you recruit them at first.

They don't remember who they were in their past lives, obviously.

Fianna's "Mind Meld" skill and her immortality helps transfer the gear and items between chapters.

Mind Meld is a skill where she implants her memories into a person.

However,If Fianna is not recruited in Chapter 2,items,weapons,and armor from the previous chapters must be dug up from each characters' grave or a buried treasure chest.

-----------

The "Dead" status effect is quite stronger than "Knock-Out".

Knock-Out is removed after 6 turns or outside of battle.

Death, however,is quite permanent. Once inflicted, the character is removed from the party, and a grave is made

for that character. Each Chapter has a lead character, either Peter or Calill,if that lead character dies, the chapter ends immediately, and the next Chapter starts.

Immortal characters are almost immune to Death and Knock-out,too. They revive instantly the next turn, when Knocked-Out.

Man this game has gotten me hyped, and that's usually not the case with RMXP games.

EDIT: "and armor from the previous chapters must be dug up from each characters' grave or a buried treasure chest." OMG OMG OMG!! So cool!!
