[XP]Im new here and not good a XP

O.k. Maybe my title wasn't that much close to the truth. I'm actually o.k(Just OK) with XP. But i need help with Blizzard's ABS. I want to make a skill where when you hit the target, it scans its HP/MP and displays it. I want it simple, like right after the hit, it shows the HP in a text box, then shows SP in another after you press the Action Key.

How can i do that?

(If it can be made into a slightly more professional look, tell me please?)
