Tomo2000 60 Report post Posted March 30, 2009 Storyline: 500 years ago, the Shadow Saints were the leading enforcers of the Kingdom of Varr. They always caught the criminals and kept everybody in line; exactly where they wanted them. For, in reality, the Shadow Saints were no more than expensive mercenaries. Behind the peoples back, kings and lords would pay groups of Shadow Saints chests full of gold and jewels for their protection. Everything was perfect... ... Until war broke out. In the middle of the night a rift opened up, spewing fiery rocks and unearthly objects. Out of the rift stepped Shi'Zual, an ancient demon. Behind him; his demonic servants. Creatures of pure fear and hatred spread across the cast kingdom, rasing buildings and killing herds of animals. And what did the Shadow Saints do? They left. They took their treasures and fled to a distant mountain region. So, once the kingdom fought the demons back to their rift and sealed it, they went after the Shadow Saints. They killed them off, slaughtering and hanging them with no sorrow or regret. Only one survives today... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Main Characters: Name: Lee Fossilode Age: Unknown Race: Ancient-Class Shadow Saint Gender: Male Short Description: Lee is the main character of the game. He is the last Shadow Saint, but cannot remember most things from his past. But with great losses comes great gains. Lee is an Ancient-Class Shadow Saint, and has many incredible abilities such as Shape-Shifting and Summoning. Abilities: ~Transform Ancient-Class Shadow Saints are known for their amazing ability to shape-shift. They can transform into all kinds of animals for difference purposes; Birds for passing high terrains, fish for swimming through water, you name it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Bael Dantalian Age: 334 Race: Purified Demon Gender: Male Short Description: Bael, in a nutshell, is a traitor to the High-Demon Shi'Zual. He left the rift many years ago and joined human society. But this came at a price; he was 'Purified'. This was when a hot, metal seal was stamped into a demons chest, rendering his powers useless. After this occured, Bael travelled to a distant monestary and trained in the ways of the monks. Abilities: ~Holy Might During the Demon War when the monestary was attacked by demons, Bael developed this technique. Although it required a lot of mental strength, it would increase his psychical strength to a near godly rate. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Delphine Honourheart Age: 39 Race: Human Gender: Female Short Description: Just like how Bael betrayed the Demons, there had to be a human to do the same. Delphine has been evil at heart since a young age, where she murdered her parents and took to the street. With the power the demons had tought her, she was a one-women army. Her powers are something now to mess with. Abilities: ~Manipulate During her training with Shi'Zual, she was taught an ability to control the thoughts of others, and how to control beings like meer puppets. But this power only made her want to consume more and more power.
