I dont think you would really need a script to do that. All you would need to do is edit the animations. I will give you an example. All you need to do is this:

 

1) Make a common event using 1 event; screen shake.

2) Go to whatever skill is a combo skill and change 'Common Event' to your Shake event you just made.

And that's it! The shake will be after the animation (i think), because I am using the default battle system and not the one you mentioned.

 

Reply if you think it is good enough or is you would like me to try and fix anything.

It works. But the screen shakes after the actors turn and have a 2 secs delay. But I will try the condition switches see If I can fix the timing.
