How do you make a skill only usable when a certain weapon is equipped? Such as Jump with lances for Dragoons

I thought of doing something like that. My idea was to use a common event that adds a skill to the player when equipted. If you want to do it my way, PM me and I can send you a demo.

Ok, the Demo is ready. There is only 1 slight glitch. There are 3 weapons added; Dark Sword, Light Sword and Rusted Sword. The Dark Sword gives you the Dark Ability once you equipt it, the Light Sword gives you the Light Ability once you equipt it and the Rusted Sword gives you the Tetanus Ability once you equipt it.

 

Now, heres the glitch. After you equipt it (before you exit the menu), and you go skills and select Aluxes; it won't appear. But if you exit the menu, open it again and look at Aluxes's skills it will be there. Here is the link:

Thats cool! Im still waiting on the rest of your eventing class as common events are still unknown to me >_< but I definitely needed this. Thanks so much
