[XP] Easy-to-Understand Sideview Battle Script

I've looked through the resources here, and I couldn't understand this sidevide script.

 

Anyone willing to help me by finding a sideview battle script that uses character sprites for the battle graphics, has reflect/absorb skills possible (but not required), and comes in a few script pages (Such as the difference between Game_Temp and Window_Command), I will be very thankful.

Credit will be given to whomever it needs to be given to.

 

Also, if there is already a script that fits these requirements somewhere on the site, please provide a link to it.

That works, the reflect/abosrb skills don't matter, I would only use them for bosses, anyway.
