i just joined today..

this post has two reasons..

1. to get to know people on here

and 2.

cos im stuck on how to make events on

the game and making/puttng

monsters/characters on maps

 

so here i go...

and how do i make events..

(like moving from one map to another)

I've had the same problem at first for going from one map to another. When you're on a map, make sure you're on the Events part of the Layers for XP. Just double-click on the map and an Event should open. Double-click in the row with the

@>

and on Tab 2 there should be a button called Transfer Player, and I think you can figure the rest out from there. Same for Characters and Monsters, double-click to open an Event, double-click in Graphic (the empty box on the left) and choose who/what you want to use. Hope that made some sence, if not, we can try using TeamViewer then to help out more. Again, welcome :)

Greetings newcomer. :P

I'm ok with eventing though I'm not a total expert on it, so yeah...just thought I let you know about that. And while were on that subject, was wondering if/how does a script work for EarthBound enemies? Like the map randomly generates a certain number of certain enemies on the screen and all that...I'm thinking of having a system like it.
